Unfortunately, trauma scene cleanup is the responsibility of the property owner. In most cases, homeowners insurance policies will cover the cost of remediation services. However, this is not guaranteed. You need to check with your insurance adjuster to be certain. It’s important to note that insurance companies cannot dictate who you use. We do have experience working directly with insurance companies for our services and can help you with the process.

No. As long as we have access to the property, if you choose not to be on-site during our cleaning process, we completely understand. If possible, we do prefer to conduct a final walk through when the work is completed to ensure customer satisfaction. The crew sent out were very respectful, quiet, informative, just overall professional. They took the time to tell us at each days end what they did and what was left to do. Always on time.
