360 Hazardous identifies, assesses, and contains the outbreak in both, residential and commercial settings. Once the environment is contained, 360 will implement a neutralization/cleaning protocol. This protocol will be designed specifically for each clients specific situation.
We are here to educate and guide you. We will provide multiple options for you and your family, so you can make the best decision for your family. At 360, we are all about you.
Accidents happen and sometimes those accidents involve blood or other biohazards which can pose major safety risks, and improper cleanup of these hazards may result in serious consequences, including possible disease outbreak. We use a very tactful and meticulous approach to all cleanups, special care, and attention is required to ensure the health and safety of you, your family, or your business.
Blood or biohazard situations present health, safety, and compliance challenges. At 360 Hazardous Cleanup, we adhere to OSHA’s bloodborne pathogen regulations and practice universal precautions to protect our employees and customers. Our science-based procedures ensure that we contain and isolate the affected areas to prevent cross-contamination, remove all traces of blood and biological materials, disinfect and deodorize, and post-test the affected surface areas to ensure they are free of pathogens. We are diligent, meticulous, and tactful because we understand that the health and safety of you and your family are on the line.
Often biohazard remediation (and its commonly used alternative, crime scene cleanup) gets confused with standard cleaning practices. However, the two services couldn’t be more different. Biohazard remediation refers to the removal, cleaning, and disinfection of blood, bodily fluids, and other potentially harmful pathogens in affected areas after a death, accident, or virus & disease outbreaks. Because of the high exposure risk to bloodborne pathogens, biohazard remediation is a specialty service that requires proper training, rigid safety practices, specialized equipment & cleaning agents, certification, and licensing.
In cases of a death or accident where blood is present, there is always a risk of exposure to bloodborne pathogens (BBP) and biohazards ranging from viruses like Hepatitis, HIV, and COVID to bacteria like MRSA (Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus Aureus) or CRE (Carbapenem-Resistant Enterobacteriaceae). Statistics from the CDC show that approximately 1 in 24 people have either Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, or HIV.
Our remediation protocols follow OSHA’s Bloodborne Pathogen Standards, which include practicing universal precautions and equipping our teams with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Additionally, we provide PPE to customers if needed so they can safely access affected areas. Our goal is to minimize exposure and cross-contamination risk for all parties involved. We verify our remediation process by testing with ATP tests, which measures the presence of microorganisms/pathogens, including bloodborne pathogens. Our meticulous remediation process allows us to reach a “0” reading of RLU (registered light units). Only when the test registers zero are we satisfied with the level of cleanliness. This ATP test adds technology, measurability, and accountability to our biohazard remediation process.
Not only are our remediation processes highly effective for eliminating potentially harmful microorganisms and pathogens but our cleaning agents are EPA registered to protect the health and safety of our customers and their properties. With over 35 years of environmental hazard experience, we have adhered to the highest standards in biohazard remediation to ensure that our customers and employees are fully protected. We stand by our work with a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.
We will meet with you to gather basic information and then perform a hazard site assessment. All services recommendations will be broken down and explained so you are fully aware of all possible remediation options.

Really nice staff, and quality service!
Very timely response and was happy with the constant updates and accurate assessment.
Our customer care team is able to immediately dispatch and respond to your service request. Our teams arrive at your location typically in a matter of hours, not days to assess the situation. We are able to start the cleanup on the day of the assessment if the premises are ready. 360 Hazardous Cleanup is here for you 24/7/365 if you need assistance with any cleanup service.
Unfortunately, trauma scene cleanup is the responsibility of the property owner. In most cases, homeowners insurance policies will cover the cost of remediation services. However, this is not guaranteed. You need to check with your insurance adjuster to be certain. It’s important to note that insurance companies cannot dictate who you use. We do have experience working directly with insurance companies for our services and can help you with the process.
It is not recommended to try and clean the scene yourself. There is a great deal of state and federal mandates that govern the bio-hazard cleanup industry. State and Federal mandates have been established regulating the collection, handling, and disposal of human bio-hazardous waste. Individuals and companies can face serious penalties for not adhering to these regulations. Personnel conducting hazardous collection and disposal are required to follow specific training and medical mandates set by state and federal agencies.
We are very sensitive to the emotional needs and privacy of our customers. We work in a professional and discreet manner. Upon your request, we can arrive at the scene in an unmarked vehicle and be as discreet as needed. We understand your situation, and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.
No. As long as we have access to the property, if you choose not to be on-site during our cleaning process, we completely understand. If possible, we do prefer to conduct a final walk through when the work is completed to ensure customer satisfaction. Whether you’d like to monitor our work, or only visit once the job is complete, our team will treat your home with the same respect as if it was their own.
