Once a property is declared safe by firefighters or other emergency services following a fire, the responsibility for fire damage restoration falls on the property owners. Fires can cause extensive physical and emotional trauma, leaving behind not only charred debris but also soot, smoke damage, and potentially water damage from firefighting efforts. These elements necessitate professional, discreet cleanup and restoration services to ensure the property is safe, clean, and restored to its pre-fire condition.
Our team of fire restoration experts has more than 35 years of combined experience, making us a leading authority in the restoration field. We specialize in soot and smoke removal, odor elimination, structural cleaning, and the restoration of items and areas affected by fire and smoke damage.
Fire restoration involves a series of processes designed to clean up after a fire, including removing soot and smoke, eliminating odors, repairing water damage, and restoring the property and its contents to their former state. The aftermath of a fire can be overwhelming for property owners, requiring the expertise of certified professionals who are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to handle the cleanup and restoration process safely and effectively.
Handling fire and smoke damage involves specific risks, including health hazards from inhaling soot and smoke particles, which requires compliance with CDC and OSHA guidelines for remediation. Our professionals are thoroughly trained to adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations concerning fire damage cleanup and restoration.

We used 360 Hazardous for mold removal. The mold was discovered behind spray foam/batt insulation in floor joist cavities in the unfinished basement. The crew sent out were very respectful, quiet, informative, just overall professional. They took the time to tell us at each days end what they did and what was left to do. Always on time. Bottom line is the mold is gone and the OSB sealed. Andrew was our contact person and is easy to talk to and he actually listens. Highly recommended. Big Thanks!
We are selling our property and we needed mold remediation and we needed it quickly. Andrew and 360 Hazardous responded and immediately went to work. The were able to complete the work in a very timely manner in a completely professional way. I would recommend them to anyone who needs mold removal services.
Great experience! The Vice-President, Andrew Whitmarsh was there to greet us and explain the process/company. I was impressed on Andrew recalling everyone he met and remembered me from hours later (even after meeting 50+ people that day). Keep up the outstanding work!
Our customer care team is able to immediately dispatch and respond to your service request. Our teams arrive at your location typically in a matter of hours, not days to assess the situation. We are able to start the cleanup on the day of the assessment if the premises are ready. 360 Hazardous Cleanup is here for you 24/7/365 if you need assistance with any cleanup service.
Unfortunately, trauma scene cleanup is the responsibility of the property owner. In most cases, homeowners insurance policies will cover the cost of remediation services. However, this is not guaranteed. You need to check with your insurance adjuster to be certain. It’s important to note that insurance companies cannot dictate who you use. We do have experience working directly with insurance companies for our services and can help you with the process.
It is not recommended to try and clean the scene yourself. There is a great deal of state and federal mandates that govern the bio-hazard cleanup industry. State and Federal mandates have been established regulating the collection, handling, and disposal of human bio-hazardous waste. Individuals and companies can face serious penalties for not adhering to these regulations. Personnel conducting hazardous collection and disposal are required to follow specific training and medical mandates set by state and federal agencies.
We are very sensitive to the emotional needs and privacy of our customers. We work in a professional and discreet manner. Upon your request, we can arrive at the scene in an unmarked vehicle and be as discreet as needed. We understand your situation, and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.
No. As long as we have access to the property, if you choose not to be on-site during our cleaning process, we completely understand. If possible, we do prefer to conduct a final walk through when the work is completed to ensure customer satisfaction. Whether you’d like to monitor our work, or only visit once the job is complete, our team will treat your home with the same respect as if it was their own.

Hazardous360 is an amazing company. Our condo building had a basement intruder, a mentally ill and homeless man, who used our basement as his home for two nights, and, because we don’t have a bathroom down there, he soiled the concrete floor, left food garbage and alcohol bottles strewn about, and used a washing machine, which resulted in a thick lining of grease in the washtub. We called Hazard360 late at night. They had a courageous young lady arrive at our building first thing in the morning—Candy, a USMC veteran. I unlocked the door, and she put on our biohazard equipment and respirator, took in some cleaning supplies, and checked out the entire basement. She found the specific areas that had bio waste and other matter. Within thirty minutes, she had the basement cleaned, sanitized, and ready to be used. She hauled out the bio-waste in a red hazard bag and threw out the other garbage, all with a terrific attitude. She advised me not to go in with her because of the risk of drug-related diseases, HIV, hepatitis, COVID, and various bacteria. To her, we were a “minor” engagement. To us, it was major—making sure we had a safe, usable space that was secure from any health risks. Thank you, Candy, and Hazardous360!! You are outstanding. We learned of Hazardous360 from a neighboring police department, who regularly uses them for professional cleaning of crime scenes, suicides, and unattended deaths. Courageous, professional, thorough, and prompt are just a few of the adjectives I would use to describe them.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing this type of service. Andrew took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the project prior to performing the work I requested. The technicians who did the work were professional, efficient and conscientious. The lead tech was also very thorough in explaining the work needing to be done and took the time to review its completion. Thank you guys at 360 Hazardous Cleanup!!
